If you received a wrong or expired product, you can initiate a return or replacement by sending us an email at returns@essentialspirit.in within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case you received a damaged or missing product, email within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Please mention the following in the email:
1. Order number
2. Product name & quantity
3. Reason for returning the product
4. Photo of the product’s condition which you intend to return
5. Your contact details
6. Mention clearly whether you want a return or replacement of the product.
We will send you an approval mail within 2 working days if the request is accepted.
We will arrange a pickup and send you the label via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up.
Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
We will notify you, once we receive your shipment.
In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
