Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on the area PIN code. Deliveries might get further delayed due current Covid and Lockdown situation. If you have not received your order, feel free to contact us here.

If you received a wrong or expired product, you can initiate a return or replacement by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case you received a damaged or missing product, email within 2 days from the date of delivery.

3. Reason for returning the product
4. Photo of the product’s condition which you intend to return
5. Your contact details
6. Mention clearly whether you want a return or replacement of the product.
We will send you an approval mail within 2 working days if the request is accepted.
We will arrange a pickup and send you the label via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up.
Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
We will notify you, once we receive your shipment.
In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
Prepaid orders: money will be returned back to original mode of the payment.
Cash on delivery orders: you would be required to provide bank details where you would like to receive the funds.
For cancellation: Refund is processed within 7 business days
For Returns: Money is refunded back after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. This may take 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
